The founder and the soul of the company, Mr. Belmonte has considerable experience and know-how in taxation and accounting. Before founding the firm, Mr. Belmonte had worked in many important organizations, and then Revenue Canada.
Georges Brisson, B.I.B.C.
Associate and senior counsellor regarding financial questions and expenses related to activity research, Mr. Brisson has acquired a thirty year experience working at one of the biggest chartered banks of Canada, where he held posts, both related to administrative and commercial loans.
Giuseppe Indelicato, Eng.
Senior counsellor regarding scientific questions, Mr. Indelicato is an engineer, also graduated in financial management from HEC. During his career of over 20 years, Mr. Indelicato has worked as a researcher, a design engineer and as a project leader at Marconi Canada. Before acting as a consultant, he has also been external consultant for Revenue Canada during five years.
André Faure, B.Eng., M.B.A
Mr. Faure has nearly 30 years of experience and is a senior counsellor regarding scientific questions and financial analysis. He has always evolved in the field of operations and in production management. He worked 10 years for a Hydro-Québec susidiary as the manager of the industrial simulators division.
Tony Simiele, M.B.A., C.G.A.
Mr. Simiele is the Senior Partner in the Corporate Finance division. He has acquired close to twenty years experience and has held several senior management positions in various banks and other internationally known financial institutions, holding position ranging from account manager to vice-president. During the last years he has specialized in the financing of high-tech companies.
Gilles Boudreau, M.Sc.A.
Mr. Boudreau is an economist and also holds a masters in applied sciences. Excellent scientific popularizer, he has over 25 years experience as intermediate and superior manager in production groups and customer services in the industry of telecommunications, computer sciences, medical services and engineering.
François P. Granger, Eng., L. Sc., M. Sc., Ph.D.
Mr. Granger is an engineer and graduated in chemistry at ENSI in Mulhouse, from Polytechnique (Montréal), from the Canadian Securities Institute and from the Universities of Haut-Rhin, Ottawa, Montréal, Strasbourg and Montpellier. He has over thirty years of experience working with the National Research Council and small businesses, and has published several articles in international scientific magazines. He is member of engineers associations in Europe, Canada and of the Canadian Technology Network.
Nick Raspa, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.
Mr. Raspa graduated with distinction from McGill University. He was awarded an M.Sc. specializing in Chemical Physics and a Doctorate in Quantum Mechanics (laser spectroscopy) from Concordia University. He has served as director of R&D for several years in the field of textiles, with particular emphasis on knitting, dyeing and finishing and the cut and sew in the fashion industry. He has also gained considerable expertise in the field of science (plastic, food, etc.) and textile and has been consulted on several scientific matters over the years.
Michel Hudon, Eng.
Michel Hudon is a mechanical engineer with a degree from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. He acts as a scientific expert and can count over 15 years of experience in the operations sector at Nikon Canada. He has also worked in the optic fiber field with R&D groups as well as in its production.
